What's your availability?

Most of our sessions tend to be on weekends (to accommodate work schedules), however, we do offer evening sessions for emergency cases ONLY. You can see all available openings when you book your appointment.

I work with a shelter, can you assist us with our difficult cases?

OF COURSE! We would love to assist local shelters in dealing with problem dogs to get them adopted to their forever families! Best of all, everything is done FREE!!! Please contact us for further information.

Can I pick a different location other than my home/apartment?

Yes, but we ask that the location be in a place where training can safely occur. Dog parks are NOT an acceptable substitute.

I live outside of SA, can I still make an appointment?

Yes, however, we are unable to assist clients located 20 minutes outside of the San Antonio area.

Do you do group sessions?

No. All of our appointments and trainings are done on a one-on-one basis.

Do you do boarding and training?

No, we don't unfortunately.

Who can be present at the sessions?

All those who interact with the dog(s) the most are welcomed to participate! That means Mom, Dad, cousins, uncles, or anyone else! Children will be allowed to participate ONLY with adult supervision and permission.

NO! We accept all dog breeds--regardless of age, temperament, or previous training. In fact, we're known for working with "aggressive" breeds and love the challenge!

Are there any dog breeds that you don't work with?

Do you give refunds/credits/gift cards?

At this point in time, no. We encourage our clients to re-schedule if necessary rather than cancel.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards and also PayPal

I have multiple dogs that need help, do you charge extra?

Yes. Please check the "Our Service" page to see more details.

My dog was great with you, but after you left, everything went back to the way it was. what happened?

We only give a glimpse into what your dog will look like when it's well-behaved. As wonderful as those results may seem, the ONLY way to make it "stick" is to keep doing the homework we provide consistently and scheduling follow-up appointments.

what is your cancellation/reschedule policy?

Any rescheduling/cancellations should be done at least 48 hrs. prior to the appointment day. Please know that there is no refund for cancelled appointments.

Do I need any special equipment to train with you?

No! While there are some items that we tend to prefer, we can usually work with any leash, collar, or device that you already own.
