We met Robert through a recommendation from a petsmart employee. He came to the store to assess our issues because we were in our third week of the stores obedience training and we were not making much progress. Robert spent around 2 hours with us that day and to be honest, our dog was not exactly nice to him. A lesser trainer probably would not have agreed to help us after the kind of interaction he had that day but Robert wanted to be there for us and we're very thankful that he was. We signed up for his consultation visit later that day and met him a week later for the 'official' assessment. In the week after we met at petsmart we were able to make more progress with our dog than the prior three weeks combined. His methods and approach towards the animal are incredibly effective and easy to implement and understand. He sent us a comprehensive list of helpful tips to further improve our dogs behavior after the consultation and we continue to see improvement in him every day. On top of just being a very effective trainer, Robert is also exceptionally personable and kind. You can absolutely tell he cares about the people and the animals he works with. We still have a long way to go with our dogs training and unfortunately we are moving out of state soon but If we could we would continue to work with Robert because we have the utmost faith in him and his approach. 5 out of 5 stars.

We had an amazing experience with R&R Training! We came across a lot of challenges with our pup, like barking at other people/dogs, pulling on the leash during walks, and much more. Thankfully, we came across R&R Training and Robert helped us with everything we needed! Don't walk, run. The best dog trainer I've ever met! I feel so blessed to have met someone to help me out when I really needed it with my pups. My dogs previously barked and went ballistic in the dog park and on walks when they would see other dogs. When Robert started training them, not even 15min of his guidance, they were acting well behaved! He gave me the knowledge and confidence to help my dogs get to the well behaved dogs they are today. He knows what he's doing, and he works with the owner as well as the dog to make sure that you get the best results. He offers a very thorough and easy to understand training style that has helped me understand how my dog behaves. If you are looking for a great dog trainer, I highly recommend him!

Robert is such a nice guy! My dad and I met him at our local dog park, we both saw first hand how good he is with his dog. At first I was thinking about enrolling my puppy at Petco, but I decided to go with Robert for his different approach on communicating with your dog. It has been a couple days since our first session, and I already see a huge difference on how my dogs behave around my family, and even with each other. In addition, Robert is such an easy going and comfortable guest to have in your home. He makes sure that everybody is included and listens carefully to your questions and concerns. I met Robert at the park and he helped me with issues at the park then and there, without me even having to ask. He was extremely friendly and I absolutely love that he comes to the house to help. I was looking for challenges to help me as much as I could, and he delivered with tips and a massive set of homework and tips to keep me going. Would highly recommend.
